This course aims to give candidates knowledge of major emergencies and equip them with the skills to manage an incident effectively as the Emergency Manager. This course will teach the theoretical and practical elements necessary to; manage major emergencies effectively, delegate authority, control the emergency management team, deal with stress, manage communication and follow emergency procedures.

Entry Requirements
There are no formal prerequisites required for the Management of Major Emergency Management training.

This course is for personnel who are either designated as being in charge of, are members of, or provide support to an emergency management team in an emergency.
